The Štefanić family´s olive oil production dates back to 1980, when Anđelo and Veronika, our grandparents, began cultivating fruits and olive trees in the rolling hills of Motovun. At the time, olive oil was a staple in Istrian cuisine, and Anđelo saw an opportunity to create a high-quality product that would stand out from the rest.
